Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this continuing medical education activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the unmet needs in Parkinson’s Disease treatment
  • Describe new symptomatic therapies that are in the pipeline for PD
  • Discuss the possible treatment approaches and targets for slowing clinical
    progression in PD
  • Discuss the potential value of experimental surgical interventions and trophic factors
